Farzad Nikrad
Postdoctoral researcher
Farzad Nikrad received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran, in 2012 and 2015, respectively, and completed his Ph.D. at the University of Alberta in 2024. His research focuses on thermoelastic fracture mechanics, nanocomposites, multifunctional materials, and computational mechanics. He has published extensively on the nonlinear thermomechanical response of graphene-reinforced composite structures.
