Katryna Fast

Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Alberta

Katryna Fast earned her BSc in Physics and Astronomy at the University of Manitoba in 2019 and obtained her PhD in Physics in 2025 at the University of Alberta. Her doctoral project focused on utilizing nanomechanical resonators for detection of applied magnetic torques. Currently, she is a part-time postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alberta. Her research interests include micromechanical resonant devices and microfabrication.
